Karagianni Eleni

Eleni Karagianni is a Medical & Biological Laboratory Technologist working at the Department of Public and Community Health of the University of West Attica in the category of Special Technical Laboratory Staff with Grade A, and a member of the Laboratory of Hygiene and Epidemiology of the same Department.
She has 25 years of laboratory experience in molecular and conventional techniques in the following diagnostic and research laboratories.
A) National Meningitis Reference Centre, Public Health & Administrative Hygiene Division of the National Public Health Service.
B) Laboratory of the National AIDS Reference Centre of Southern Greece, Section of Epidemiology & Biostatistics of the N.S.P.H.
C) Laboratory of the National Salmonella & Sigellosis Reference Centre of the School of Public Health, Department of Public Health Policies, University of West Attica.
In addition, she has teaching experience in training programmes of the National Public Health Service.
She also has laboratory work in research projects.
She has participated in many scientific conferences with papers , publications, awards/distinctions .
