LEARNING OUTCOMES
The aim of the course is to present and analyze the basic activities of Human Resource Management so that students understand how to utilize and develop the human factor in community health promotion activities.
After the successful completion of the course the students will be in the position to:
- know and analyze the basic principles, theories and models of organizational behavior – human resource management and leadership in public health services
- recognize effective approaches to human resource management
- know the tools, techniques, methods and skills for effective human resource management
- understand the role of leadership in management
- understand the potentials that develop within teams
