LEARNING OUTCOME

The course introduces students to the basic concepts of project management and analyzes modern methods of design, monitoring and management, in general. The course material aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge, tools and techniques in order to become familiar with the requirements of project management.

 Upon successful completion of the course the students will be able to:

  • understand the design and implementation of a project
  • use the appropriate tools, techniques and project management skills
  • search for funding sources
  • allocate financial and human resources for the effective project implementation
  • understand the applications, challenges and opportunities that arise in the context of project management
